MRPL awards DWC Innovations a turnkey revamp of its CDU Naphtha Stabilization Unit using proprietary Dual Dividing Wall Column technology.

DWC Innovations has been awarded a project by Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) to revamp the Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) Naphtha Stabilization Unit (NSU) section using its proprietary Dual Dividing Wall Column (DDWC) technology.
The primary objectives of the revamp are to reduce energy consumption, increase NSU unit throughput, and enhance the quality of feedstock supplied to the Continuous Catalytic Reforming (CCR) and Isomerization units.
